ingredients
3 cups rolled oats
2 mashed bananas
4 eggs (beaten)
1 cup milk (I prefer unsweetened almond milk)
1/4 cup maple syrup or honey (you can omit added sweetener if you’d like!)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
½ tsp sea salt
1 cup blueberries (optional)
instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
Fill muffin tins 3/4 to all the way full.
Bake at 350*F for 30-40 mins. Let cool then serve!
