ingredients

  • 3 cups rolled oats

  • 2 mashed bananas

  • 4 eggs (beaten)

  • 1 cup milk (I prefer unsweetened almond milk)

  • 1/4 cup maple syrup or honey (you can omit added sweetener if you’d like!)

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • ½ tsp sea salt

  • 1 cup blueberries (optional)

instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

  • Combine all ingredients in a bowl.

  • Fill muffin tins 3/4 to all the way full.

  • Bake at 350*F for 30-40 mins. Let cool then serve!

  • Keep refrigerated and serve cold or reheated. Enjoy!
