Hot Honey Nut Mix
My current obsession is this Hot Honey Nut Mix. It’s not only delicious but also packed with nutritional benefits. Nuts like cashews, almonds, and walnuts are rich in heart-healthy fats, fiber, and protein, making them a satisfying, nutrient-dense snack that helps keep you full and supports overall health. ingredients
1.5 cups of nuts of your choice (cashews, almonds, walnuts, etc.)
¼ cup sesame seeds
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
½ tsp salt
1 package Gimme Seaweed Chili Lime Roasted Seaweed Snacks, cut into strips
instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Add all your ingredients (nuts, sesame seeds, honey, oil, salt, and seaweed strips) into a bowl. Mix ingredients until well combined.
Optional - lay parchment paper on a baking sheet. Add nuts onto parchment paper or baking sheet.
Transfer the baking sheet with nuts to the oven. Bake at 350 degrees F for 20 minutes.
Once baked, let nut mix cool at room temperature. Once cooled, enjoy and store in a glass container for up to 5 days.
