Berry Chia Jam

Here is my reel for this recipe!

ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen or fresh berries (I love plain raspberries, plain blackberries, or a berry blend)

  • 1/2 cup chia seeds


instructions

  1. Add berries to microwave for 30 seconds in microwave safe container

  2. Take out and mash. microwave in 15 second intervals until desired consistency.

  3. Add chia seeds, stir, and let sit for 10 mins. Letting them sit allows the chia seeds to absorb water and form a gel-like consistency

  4. Top over pancakes, oats, smoothies, toast, etc.
