  • Romaine lettuce

  • Diced tomato

  • Cabbage slaw

  • Pickled onions

  • Black beans

  • Cooked corn

  • Avocado

  • Crumbled feta cheese

  • Lime juice

instructions

  1. Follow my Pepita Salsa Slow Cooker Chicken recipe. But you will want to add 1 teaspoon of Spice Tribes Masa Mole Mexican Blend to deepen the flavor!

  2. Once the chicken tinga is cooked and shredded, build your bowl! Start with a base of white rice, add your chicken, then desired toppings. My favorite topping combination (in addition to rice and chicken) is: lettuce, tomato, pickled onion, black beans, avocado, pickled onion, and feta cheese.
