Glowing Green Smoothie

This is my staple, simple green smoothie! It’s packed with healthy fats, complex carbohydrates, fiber, & protein to kickstart your morning.


ingredients

  • 1 cup almond milk

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (Here are my fav!)

  • 1-2 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1/2 small avocado, frozen

  • 1-2 handfuls spinach

  • 1 banana, frozen


instructions

Simply add all ingredients to a blender and enjoy! For thicker smoothies, add less liquid. For thinner smoothies, add more liquid.
