Quinoa is a protein-packed grain that's also rich in fiber, making it a great base for this salad. Edamame adds even more plant-based protein, along with essential vitamins and minerals like folate and iron. The colorful veggies—cucumber, red bell pepper, and cabbage—are high in antioxidants, vitamins, and fiber to support digestion and overall health. ingredients
½ cup cooked quinoa
⅓ cup edamame, cooked and shelled
⅓ cup diced cucumber
⅓ cup diced red bell pepper
Handful cabbage or cabbage slaw mix
Toppings: avocado, sesame seeds, asian dressing

Add all of your ingredients into a storage container.
Shake or mix the salad until well combined.
