Lemony Parmesan Pasta

ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey

  • Veggies, onion, red pepper, zucchini, dark leafy greens (Really any veggies work I always switch up the variation. Other favs of mine are mushroom, tomato, and kale!)

  • 1 box of pasta (here are my favorite GF pastas)

  • Olive oil, to taste

  • Freshly shredded goat cheese or parmesan, to taste

  • Italian seasoning, to taste

  • Oregano, to taste

  • Crushed red pepper, to taste

  • Lemon zest and juice, to taste

instructions

  1. Boil large pot of water. Once boiled, add pasta and cook according to package.

  2. Saute veggies in olive oil, salt, and pepper. Once cooked, transfer to bowl.

  3. Saute ground turkey in Italian seasoning, oregano, crushed red pepper, and olive oil.

  4. Once cooked, add ground turkey and veggies into the pan with cooked pasta.

  5. Add base of olive, oil, parmesan, crushed red pepper flakes, and lemon.

  6. Mix until well combined and enjoy!
